Bloodhound

One night we were having a relaxing evening, when Kujo went and ruined it. We were just chilling on the couch watching a movie. Kujo was in the kitchen making some noises. (He usually is loud, so we just ignored him) He started whimpering so we got up from the couch and went to the kitchen. Turns out, he got into the garbage can and grabbed a tin can and cut his tongue licking it. There was blood everywhere and anywhere. It was all over the house. We quickly looked on the internet to see what we could do for him. Spencer was busy looking up remedies while I was cleaning up the blood. We had left over Nyquil from when Spencer had tonsillitis. We soaked up some bread with half a bottle of Nyquil and fed it to Kujo. We gave him ice water and Spencer fed him otter pops. After his tongue was done bleeding, the brave Spencer gave kujo a bath in the tub.  I think that we were reacting more than Kujo. He was calm through the whole thing. Once everything was cleaned up, we just went back to our movie.

The Black Plague

Well, I almost died in September.  I was diagnosed with that brutal disease they call  tonsillitis. My tonsils were the size golf balls, it was so nasty. I couldn't do anything. I missed a week of school and work, and couldn't eat. I lost 8 pounds! Luckily I had Mim to take care of me. My parents were out of town so Mim's mom nursed me back to health. It was miserable. I hope that never happens again.

Up-Chuck A Rama

We pass Chuck A Rama on our way to school all the time. We always would talk about going and eating our guts out, but never did. One day my elementary school librarian came into the bank. I was talking to her about the old library days, and when she was finished with her transaction she gave me a 20 and told me to take my "sweetheart" to dinner. I instantly saw magical scenes of buffet tables in my head and knew what we needed to do. We decided that at the end of the week we would make our trip to Chuck's, and I made Mim promise me that she wouldn't eat like a girl.
I can honestly say, I was surprised at how much that woman can put away. Four plates down and Mim was eyeing the desserts. And when she couldn't chew anymore, she slurped down a tall glass of slushy.
We saw this guy passed out in his wheelchair with a half-eaten sandwich in his lap on our way to Chuck-A-Rama

I was so full. Taking the train home was not a good idea. I'm surprised we made it home without losing anything out of either end.
